Guizhou South Dairy lists on Beijing Stock Exchange

Guizhou South Dairy Co (stock code: 920196) was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange on Oct 16, becoming the first agricultural company from Guizhou province to list on the exchange and the province's first new A-share listing of the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-30).

The company owns local dairy brands Mountain Flowers and Flower with operations spanning dairy farming, product research and development, production, and sales. Its products are available across all 88 counties, county-level cities and districts in Guizhou, and they are expanding into Hunan, Sichuan, Guangxi and Guangdong provinces.

The company issued 35.19 million shares at 14.21 yuan ($2.12) per share, raising approximately 500 million yuan. This year, the company also became the first dairy enterprise in Guizhou to obtain market access for dairy products in Hong Kong.

In December 2023, the company was included on Guizhou's reserve list of enterprises for listing and joined the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). In 2024, it ranked 11th among China's top 20 agricultural dairy enterprises.
