Guiyang State-owned hotels upgrade services for summer visitors

Guiyang has welcomed visitors from across the country seeking a cool getaway during the peak summer season, with hotels operated by the hotel management company under Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group having upgraded accommodation and shuttle bus services.

For visitors attending performances and sporting events in Guiyang this summer, Jinyang Hotel has prepared event support supplies and shuttle buses to venues. It has also enhanced accommodation and dining services for family and educational tour groups, securing a total of 158 room-night bookings from travel agencies since the start of the summer season.

Hampton by Hilton Hotel has streamlined check-in, room arrangements, and dining services for tour groups and event-goers, adding 10 new group-tour clients and receiving 12,134 visitors from Guizhou and other parts of China in July. It has also prepared items such as portable fans and wet wipes, and provides full-service support through online platforms, from booking inquiries to post-stay assistance.
