The TITAN Property Awards, organized by the International Awards Associate, shares the same lineage as globally recognized programs such as the MUSE Design Awards and the NY Product Design Awards. As one of the leading international design competitions, it recognizes outstanding projects in design concept innovation, spatial creativity, and the creation of residential value, with strong professional authority and industry credibility.
Cover Oasis is positioned as a high-end residential development in Guiyang's Guanshanhu district, featuring Guiyang's first dual-panoramic apartment layout. The panoramic living room offers unobstructed views of Guanshanhu Park to the south and Yangma Lake Park to the north. The architectural design takes the form of a flower, with details reflecting the unique local culture and natural beauty, achieving a harmonious balance between architecture and nature and combining the heart of the city with the beauty of lakes and mountains.
The elevated-slab community, designed to blend into the surrounding environment, balances urban public spaces with community privacy. Above the slab lies a tranquil community garden, while below it is a lakeside commercial district that perfectly complements the surrounding nature. The community entrance is dignified and imposing, conveying a spirit of tranquility and seclusion and embodying the project's philosophy of "experiencing the hustle and bustle, then returning to serenity".
Moving forward, Guiyang Investment Holding Group Real Estate Co will continue to explore innovation in high-end residential development, delivering more architecturally refined and human-centered projects to support the continued upgrading of living standards in Guiyang.
