Guiyang launches customized tourist shuttle routes to scenic spots

Guiyang Qianshuang Urban Public Transport Co, a subsidiary of State-owned Guiyang Public Transport Co, launched two customized tourism shuttle routes on April 30 to help residents and tourists address issues such as inconvenient transfers to scenic spots and limited parking for self-driving trips.

The two new routes are the Guiyang Railway Station-Siji Guizhou Hot Spring Tourist Shuttle and the Guiyang North Railway Station-Guiyu Hot Spring Tourist Shuttle. Both routes depart at 9 am, with return trips leaving the scenic areas at 5 pm.

Each route offers both business vans and coaches. Business vans depart once at least seven passengers have booked, while coaches require a minimum of 25 passengers. Ticket prices for the Guiyang Railway Station-Siji Guizhou Hot Spring route start at 45 yuan ($7) per person for business vans and 25 yuan per person for coaches. For the Guiyang North Railway Station-Guiyu Hot Spring route, fares start at 26.9 yuan for business vans and 18 yuan for coaches.

Passengers can check routes and purchase tickets online through the Qianshuang Bus WeChat mini-app. Reservations made before 6 pm one day in advance guarantee a seat without the need to wait in line onsite.
