Guiyang SOE ranked among municipal top 10

The Guizhou Real Estate Association, together with NetEase News and NetEase Real Estate, recently released the rankings of residential online contract value made by Guiyang real estate developers in 2025.

Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Real Estate Co, a subsidiary of State-owned Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group, secured its place among the top 10.

In 2025, the company continued to uphold a development philosophy that places equal emphasis on project quality and service excellence. It has further enhanced customer satisfaction by improving its pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service systems, while offering increasingly personalized and professional services.

Of note, the "Rongcui" and "Diecui" projects were honored with multiple accolades, including the 2025 China Real Estate Model Brand Award, 2025 Guizhou Provincial Standardized Construction Site for Work Safety Award, Guiyang Municipal Standardized Construction Site for Work Safety Award, and the Guizhou Provincial High-Quality Structural Engineering Award.
