Founded in 1958, Guizhou Tyre currently operates two major facilities: the Zhazuo plant in Guiyang, China, and the Tien Giang plant in Vietnam. The company specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of tires, covering a wide range of products including truck and bus tires, off-the-road (OTR) tires, agricultural tires, industrial vehicle tires, and specialty tires.
"In August this year, we officially announced our plan to establish a second overseas production base in Morocco," said a representative from Guizhou Tyre.
The Zhazuo plant in Guiyang is a fully 5G-connected smart factory. Through intelligent manufacturing, Guizhou Tyre has greatly enhanced product quality. Gone are the days of noisy, labor-intensive workshops – now, the plant is clean, efficient, and highly automated, supported by a dedicated 5G private network. Intelligent transport robots, sensors, and industrial cameras enable seamless wireless industrial connectivity and real-time production scheduling across all stages of the manufacturing process.
Guizhou Tyre has become one of the global tire manufacturers offering the most comprehensive range of commercial tire specifications. Its products are exported to more than 100 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, and South Africa, with exports accounting for over 20 percent of its total annual sales.
