Guiyang SOE improves property services for residents

Guiyang Property Group, a subsidiary of the State-owned Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group, has promoted the improvement of urban living quality and convenience with property management services in recent years.

Guiyang Property Group has undertaken over 260 projects involving the optimization of parking facilities and the renovation of old residential communities.

To meet residents' daily needs, the group has introduced brand supermarkets and pharmacy chains in more than 20 key communities, ensuring a daily supply of over 3,000 kilograms of fresh produce and 95 percent coverage of essential medicines. This effectively addresses common challenges such as "difficulty buying groceries or medicine".

To enrich community life and strengthen supporting facilities, the group has built over 20 rider service stations, 10 cultural activity centers, and 30 fitness squares, and organized more than 200 safety and health lectures.

Nearly 5 million yuan ($702,156) has been invested in the upgrading of parking facilities in communities such as Jinhua Garden, adding nearly 1,000 parking spaces and introducing an intelligent guidance system that reduced the average parking search time from 15 minutes to under 3 minutes and improved parking utilization by 40 percent.

The group guided more than 20 property service centers in communities such as Kangqiao Shuixiang to install around 500 electric vehicle charging piles in public areas, reducing complaints about random parking of e-bikes by 20 percent.

For over 10 resettlement communities such as Yaguan community, the group invested nearly 3 million yuan to replace elevators and upgrade key facilities such as fire pump rooms. As a result, elevator failures decreased by 30 percent, fire protection systems achieved 100 percent functionality, and security monitoring coverage exceeded 96 percent. These efforts benefited over 10,000 households, raising resident satisfaction to 98 percent and lowering complaint rates by 20 percent.

Additionally, the group allocated 1.8 million yuan to enhance green spaces in more than 10 affordable housing communities, pruning over 200,000 square meters of greenery and planting 580 new trees.
