The Beijing Jishuitan Hospital (Guizhou Hospital) Project (Phase II), constructed under the management of State-owned Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group Co, recently topped off its main structure 72 days ahead of schedule.
The project has outpaced its original timeline and is expected to be fully completed by early April next year. Once operational, it will house a high-level orthopedic research platform and an advanced talent training base.
As a major livelihood project in Guizhou's healthcare sector, the hospital project serves as a benchmark for the company's full-process construction agency model. Since its commencement, the company has implemented a high-standard execution plan, refining seven key management objectives covering investment, schedule, quality, and safety. A dedicated project management center has also been established, applying grid-based and checklist-based management to ensure progress and quality advancement.
During construction, the project team has strictly adhered to expert review and approval procedures, introduced advanced technologies and intelligent management platforms, and strengthened on-site quality control and safety inspections. Through scientific scheduling, optimized construction organization, and innovative building techniques, efficiency has been significantly enhanced.
Mechanical and electrical installation, interior finishing, and wall construction are currently in full swing. The company will use this project as a model to further explore full life-cycle project management and deliver more benchmark projects in the future.
