The closing ceremony for the training series organized by the talent academy of Guiyang Industry and Commerce Elderly Care Co was held on July 18, marking the successful completion of this large-scale professional development initiative.
The series trained a total of 618 participants across three key programs: an advanced senior care operations management course, an introductory nursing course, and a wound care techniques course. The advanced management program ran from July 18 last year to July 18 this year, while the two technical courses were conducted from April 3 to July 18 this year.
Responding to industry needs, the training programs integrated top-tier sector resources and adopted a comprehensive approach combining lectures, hands-on practice, and case discussions. The goal was to provide participants with a structured and practical learning platform.
During the ceremony, outstanding trainees from the nursing and wound care courses, along with top-performing teams from the management course, were awarded honorary certificates.
Trainee representatives said that the program significantly enhanced their professional capabilities, transforming them from beginners into competent caregivers. They pledged to apply their new knowledge in the real world, offering compassionate and skilled care to the elderly.
