Guiyang hosts promotional conference for State-Owned enterprises, asset resources

The Guiyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) held the Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area State-Owned Enterprise Asset Resource Promotion Conference with the Guizhou Sunshine Property Rights Exchange on June 27. The event featured 319 projects and brought together representatives from 95 enterprises and financial institutions. 

The conference focused on revitalizing and optimizing State-owned enterprises (SOEs) and assets while strengthening cooperation between SOEs and social capital. Through enhancing market exposure and establishing direct communication channels with potential investors, the event sought to facilitate project implementation and explore new approaches for asset revitalization. 

The showcased projects spanned a wide range of categories, including 35 equity transfers, 30 land parcels, 45 industrial plants, 170 commercial properties, 22 residential properties, 9 operating rights, 5 parking lots, 2 liquor-related assets, and 1 piece of machinery equipment.

Major SOEs such as Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group and Guiyang Agricultural Investment Group presented 57 key assets, highlighting developments like the Sugui Industrial Park Enterprise Headquarters and Beidouwan VR Town. 

The conference achieved immediate results with the on-site signing of agreements on four projects, demonstrating tangible progress in fostering public-private partnerships for asset revitalization.
