Zhuchao Apartment in Huaxi built by SOE welcomes first tenants

The Shanshuijian branch of the Zhuchao Apartment project, developed by the Guiyang Talent Development Group Co under the State-owned Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group, opened its doors in Huaxi district on May 29, welcoming its first group of tenants.

The Shanshuijian branch features 61 apartments in one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, ranging from 55 to 63 square meters. Convenient public transit access, including Metro Line 3 and regular bus routes, makes it easy to get around.

"I'm so happy to move into my new home. The facilities are complete, and the environment is great," said Wang Yulan, who recently took up residence in one of the apartments after finding work at a school in Huaxi.
