Guiyang SOE building program showcases premium living

State-owned Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group has unveiled the 1,300-square-meter show area of its high-end residential project "Rongcui". From May 1 to 5, it attracted over 200 potential buyers daily.

As the flagship program of Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group's upscale "Cui" series, "Rongcui" stays true to its commitment to quality, aiming to set a new benchmark for warm, livable urban homes. The newly opened show area offers a real-life expression of the project's vision, where ideal urban living meets refined environmental aesthetics.

Built with a green and low-density design philosophy, the demonstration zone incorporates eco-friendly construction technologies that highlight harmony between architecture and nature.

Since opening, "Rongcui" has welcomed over 2,100 prospective buyers. Among the first-phase offerings, 137-sq-m garden-style villa apartments have seen a sell-through rate of over 80 percent, while 202-sq-m sky-garden high-rises have also become a market favorite.
