The company, located in the Wangzhuang Aluminum Deep Processing Industrial Park in Qingzhen city, Guiyang, has ramped up production to fulfill rising orders. Inside the factory, aluminum raw materials undergo multiple processes – smelting, rolling, and annealing – to transform into uniformly thick foil rolls.

"Since the Chinese New Year on Jan 28, we have been receiving steady orders, with bookings now scheduled through March. To meet demand, our factory has been operating at full capacity since Feb 5, producing approximately 50 metric tons of aluminum foil per day," said Tan Lu, the deputy general manager. "This year, our production capacity is expected to reach 20,000 tons, with an estimated output value of 600 million yuan ($82.1 million)," he added.

The company operates two main business segments: recycled aluminum and deep processing of aluminum materials. Since its establishment in September 2021, it has strengthened the aluminum industrial chain by advancing high-end processing, expanding downstream applications, and reinforcing overall industry integration.

"Around half of our double-zero foil is exported to Russia, Southeast Asia, and other international markets, while our battery foil primarily supplies Chinese manufacturers," Tan added.
