Guiyang SOE to drive regional economic development

On Dec 31, Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Industrial Park Construction and Operation Co hosted a signing ceremony to establish strategic partnerships with local governments and enterprises.

Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Industrial Park Construction and Operation Co, a State-owned Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group subsidiary, focuses on industrial park planning, construction, and operations, including building standard industrial facilities. The company oversees key park projects such as the Guiyang Health and Pharmaceutical (Chemical Drug) Industrial Park, Guiyang Green Ecological Printing and Dyeing Circular Economy Industrial Park, Huaxi Surface Treatment Industrial Park, and Guiyang Ecological Specialty Food Industrial Park.

The company signed a framework cooperation agreement with SF Express (Guizhou) Co at the ceremony. The partnership will cover urban distribution, warehouse management, smart parks, unmanned technology, express delivery services, and customized logistics solutions.

Guiyang Ecological Specialty Food Co also entered into a Cloud Warehouse Storage Service Contract with JD Logistics. This agreement will enable integrated production, processing, warehousing, cold chain logistics, trade, emergency supply, financial services, and information management within the park.

Other signings included an industrial project agreement between Guiyang Heyi Co and Guizhou Yimei Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co. Yimei plans to invest 450 million yuan ($61.4 million) to build a fine chemical's facility with an annual output of 44,500 metric tons on a 150-mu (10 hectares) site in the Guiyang New Pharmaceutical Industrial Park. The project is expected to generate 450 million yuan annually.

These collaborations aim to achieve mutual benefits and drive regional economic and industrial growth.
