Guiyang SOE hosts training on fund applications

On Dec 12, the Guiyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) held a specialized training session on the application procedures for "new industrialization, new urbanization, agricultural modernization, and tourism industrialization" funds, along with eco-environmental and new momentum funds.

The training session was aimed at boosting the number of projects being implemented in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area, with representatives from relevant departments and supervised State-owned enterprises participating.

The session featured Zhao Min, a senior partner at Beijing Yingke (Guiyang) Law Firm, as the keynote speaker. Zhao provided an in-depth explanation of the fund regulations, fund characteristics, application key points, and operational practices. Additionally, she shared examples of successful and unsuccessful applications and addressed critical and challenging aspects of fund applications through an interactive Q&A.

During the training, Han Rong, deputy director of Guiyang SASAC, emphasized that participants should fully understand and apply the training content to their work. She encouraged regulatory departments to strengthen guidance for State-owned enterprises in order to enhance application efficiency. Enterprises were also urged to align with fund investment directions, standards, and pathways to secure more project approvals.

Participants praised the training, noting that the content was innovative and offered significant practical guidance.
