Guiyang Digital Intelligence Center Zone A project opens

The opening ceremony of Zone A in the Digital Intelligence Center was held on Dec 9 in the Guiyang Big Data Sci-Tech Innovation City.

The center is designed as a multifunctional space that integrates innovation and urban development. It focuses on big data, cloud computing, data application scenarios, artificial intelligence, incubation, business offices, and commercial operations.

The project comprises three zones: A, B, and C, with an area of approximately 242,300 square meters. Construction of Zone A began in April 2022 and was completed in November 2023. It covers a total building area of 113,700 square meters.

The center targets central enterprises, leading provincial and municipal companies, financial service giants, industrial innovation incubators, supporting enterprises in finance and law, and commercial entities for showcasing and selling renowned automotive and electronic products. Zone A offers 85,400 square meters of leasable space.

Guided by integrating industry and urban development, the project builder, State-owned Guiyang Industrial Control Group, is also developing high-quality residential properties around the core of Guiyang Big Data Sci-Tech Innovation City and Yueliang Lake. These include fourth-generation apartments, elegant villas, scenic mid-rise buildings, and about 700 furnished apartments.

Supporting facilities like Shangyi Road Primary School and Kindergarten, medical facilities, commercial streets, and parks are nearing completion.
