This cooperation aims to take advantage of government-enterprise collaboration, jointly explore new models and pathways for ecological environment development, and promote local ecological construction.
Before the signing ceremony, He Xiaoli, secretary of the CPC Guiyang Ecology and Environment Bureau Committee, and Wu Xiangdong, director of the bureau, along with their delegation, visited the corporate culture exhibition hall and the group's direct drinking water demonstration room. They gained a detailed understanding of the group's development history and industrial layout.
At the signing ceremony, Wu said that both parties had highly anticipated the cooperation and hoped that Guiyang Water Environment Group would enhance its support for the bureau in engineering, technology, and consulting. The agreement encompasses seven key areas: strengthening water environment management, enhancing ecological environment monitoring services, improving park management, advancing soil pollution prevention, deepening solid waste management, exploring pollution reduction and carbon emission synergy, and other fields of cooperation.
He Xiaoli stated that the group has long been an active explorer of water environment management, solid (medical) waste disposal, and resource recycling. With significant expertise in wastewater treatment, drainage management, municipal waste disposal, and water environment monitoring, the group holds clear technical advantages.
Li Shiyong, chairman of Guiyang Water Environment Group, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, hoping that the partnership would drive practical cooperation in the ecological environment sector. He affirmed the group's commitment to strongly supporting the bureau and accelerating the high-quality, coordinated development of water and environmental services.
