The first training class of the Talent Academy of State-owned Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Pension Industry Investment Development Co commenced on July 18. The class was taught by Fu Peiqiang, general manager of the Institutional Business Department of Guangzhou Yuexiu Silver Beauty Group, a well-known elderly care service company in China.
The initial training session saw the participation of over 80 representatives from the headquarters and branches of Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Pension Industry Investment Development Co, as well as from Guangzhou Yuexiu Yinxing. Fu's lecture focused on the development of the elderly care industry, the characteristics of elderly care institutions, key elements of project development, and operational management essentials.

Since transitioning to the elderly care industry in 2020, the Guiyang company has established and operated eight elderly care branches in the city and managed over 20 community elderly care service stations and two workers' hospitals, providing nearly 1,000 elderly care beds.
The company offers a full range of services in the elderly care industry, including institutional care, community care, home care, health management consulting, and the development of an information platform for medical and elderly care.
On May 20, the company also established a talent academy. The academy aims to invite experienced experts and senior professionals from within and outside the institution to train elderly care service talent. It also undertakes external training for elderly care talent, promoting the comprehensive development of the elderly care service market.
