Guiyang SOE's project included in provincial list

Reporters have learned from State-owned Guiyang Industrial Investment Co that a project titled "Modernization of Injection Molding Production Lines and Construction of an Intelligent Injection Molding Factory in Huaxi District" has been included in the recently issued list of key projects for promoting large-scale equipment updates in Guizhou province in 2024.

The project in Huaxi district was built by Guiyang Industrial Investment Co's subsidiary, Guizhou Huagong Tool Injection Molding Co in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The project in Huaxi district has a total investment of 300 million yuan ($41.35 million) and is expected to commence in August this year. It mainly involves updating old injection molding and spraying equipment, introducing advanced injection molding, spraying, and laser weakening equipment, establishing automatic assembly lines, as well as constructing a laboratory. It will also involve building an intelligent injection molding factory.

Guizhou Huagong processes large injection-molded parts such as car dashboards and bumpers for domestic automobile companies. Their main customers currently include Jiangling Motors, Foday, Dayun Auto, and FAW Hongta.

A representative of Guizhou Huagong stated that the company will leverage this opportunity to promote large-scale equipment updates to actively expand the market. It plans to establish a dedicated working group for the injection molding project, strategize project construction, and accelerate the company's high-quality development.
