Guiyang SOE assesses human resource management

State-owned Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group Co Ltd – based in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – held a human resource management-themed conference on May 23, aimed at boosting its capabilities in the field. 

The event was hosted and addressed by Zhao Xu, deputy secretary of the CPC Guiyang Industrial Development Holding Group Committee.

Among others attending was Yan Zhixi, director of the employment promotion division of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Chen Xinzhi, an industry expert from CIIC Consulting Management Co.

During the conference, companies Guizhou Kejin Small Loan Co, Guizhou Jiangjiu Group, Guizhou Guilyu New Materials Co and Guiyang Big Data Industry Group Co shared their achievements in HR management.

These were in areas including market-oriented compensation and performance assessment systems, professional manager systems and talent pipeline construction – focusing on the theme of Making Good Use of Enterprise Talent and combining it with their actual company situations.

Chen Xinzhi used talent pipeline construction and professional managers as entry points to explain relevant HR policies, sharing successful cases from central enterprises and provincial enterprises.

Yan Zhixi, gave a presentation on policies related to social insurance, tax policies and talent services. The content included the beneficiaries of the policies, application conditions, application processes and subsidy standards.

During the event, the Guiyang Talent Development Group Co also highlighted talent services, focusing on talent recruitment and related services.
