Guizhou Jiangjiu Group expands rapidly

Guizhou JangJiu Group, a subsidiary of State-owned Guiyang Industrial Holdings Group, saw a 15-percent year-on-year increase in industrial output value, a 107-percent year-on-year increase in liquor sales revenue, and a 2.1-fold increase in the number of signed customers in the first quarter.

Since the beginning of this year, the group has arranged for two base wine production bases in Renhuai to brew wine, with a cumulative storage of tens of thousands of metric tons of wine. Two finished liquor bottling and packaging production lines, each with an annual output of 10,000 tons, have been completed and put into production in Nanming district, Guiyang. The production lines have produced 29,000 liquor bottles, with the industrial output value increasing by 15 percent year-on-year.

Guizhou JangJiu Group ranks 31st on the list of the top 100 Chinese sauce wine brands released by the Yunjiu Media Big Data Center. Despite being established less than four years ago, Guizhou JangJiu Group has achieved remarkable success, thanks to its commitment to sci-tech innovation.

In recent years, the group has jointly established a diversified sauce-flavor liquor product research laboratory with the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences Agricultural Products Processing Institute and formed an expert think tank with the Guizhou Provincial Light Industry Scientific Research Institute.

These collaborations provide scientific research references and guidance for analyzing taste standards, feeding back brewing technology, and promoting marketing channels, thereby further enhancing the quality and stability of the liquor.

Next, the company will strengthen research cooperation with Guizhou University in areas such as research and innovation in liquor production technology, process enhancement, and quality improvement.
