Guiyang SASAC promotes the employment of people with disabilities

To address the challenges that people with disabilities have in finding employment, the Guiyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), State-owned enterprises and the Guiyang Disabled Persons' Federation, recently held a symposium on arrangements for the employment of people with disabilities.

Representatives from State-owned enterprises in Guiyang city and Gui'an New Area all expressed their commitment to implementing policies that will help people with disabilities find employment.

During the discussion, Tang Jin, chairman of the Guiyang Disabled Persons' Federation, suggested that participating entities should actively take part in dedicated job fairs for people with disabilities or conduct targeted recruitment for them at general recruitment activities, especially those who are recent graduates from colleges and universities.

Feng Junhui, deputy director of the Guiyang SASAC, stated that they will actively cooperate with the federation in various employment initiatives for people with disabilities. The commission will, in conjunction with its practical needs, create positions to facilitate the employment of people with disabilities, thus promoting their career development.
