Several land vitalization projects under the State-owned Guiyang Industrial Investment Co have accelerated construction.
The Jinli Characteristic Food Industry Park project, located in Shangpu village, Guanshanhu district, Guiyang city, is being planned and constructed around the production, sales, and logistics of characteristic foods. It is expected to be completed and ready for business entry by June of this year.
Upon completion, the project will create 800 jobs and contribute approximately 38 million yuan ($5.31 million) in annual tax revenue. Additionally, it will stimulate the development of upstream and downstream industries, including agriculture, animal husbandry, transportation, and other service industries.
Phase I of the Aluminum Ore Recycling Project is under construction in Zhanjie town, Qingzhen city. The project was strategically developed in Qingzhen due to its abundant reserves of bauxite resources, especially rich in high-sulfur bauxite resources.
This project aims to convert previously difficult-to-utilize high-sulfur bauxite into aluminum concentrate and sulfur concentrate, significantly increasing the available resources in Qingzhen. After the project is completed and put into operation, its expected annual sales revenue will exceed 200 million yuan, with an annual profit totaling over 20 million yuan.
In recent years, Guiyang Industrial Investment Co has been actively developing idled land and transforming idle assets into elderly care projects. So far, it has promoted two land vitalization projects and nine asset transformation projects.
