1,575 rental houses for talent to become available before Feb 9

In 2023, State-owned Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group Co constructed 1,575 rental houses for talent, which are expected to open to residents before the Spring Festival on Feb 9, 2024.

In recent years, the group has been actively expanding the supply of affordable rental housing to address the housing challenges faced by new residents and young people.

To cater to the diverse housing needs of talent, the group has established multiple pricing standards, offering various unit types, such as one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. This provides young talent with a range of housing choices. Additionally, the rental rates for rental houses for talent are set at 80 percent of the market price for properties of similar quality and location. The group is also actively assisting tenants in applying for government subsidies aimed at supporting talent housing.

Next, the group plans to quickly establish an online platform for existing housing transactions, incorporating all available housing information, including rental houses for talent, in Guiyang City and Guian New Area.

This initiative aims to increase the supply of housing, creating a network for rental houses for talent. This approach will optimize the utilization of resources, provide convenient access to housing information for the public, and offer robust housing support for the high-quality development of Guiyang and Guian.
