New business complex to settle in Guiyang

State-owned Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group Co and Wangfujing Guiyang Modern Capital Group signed a cooperative agreement on Dec 8 to jointly develop the CC PARK Wangfujing Modern Capital Complex project.

Wangfujing Guiyang Modern Capital Group offers mature commercial operational capabilities. The collaboration will center around CC PARK B Pavilion, creating outdoor central parks, indoor themed zones, a so-called Children's Paradise area, and introducing high-quality commercial elements such as late-night dining halls and evening theaters.

This project aims to offer a shopping, leisure, and entertainment destination that gathers trends, youthfulness, fashion, and diversity for consumers across the city.

"CC PARK B Pavilion offers a comfortable shopping environment, and its strategic location with seamless subway connectivity is a distinct advantage," said Wang Yibin, chairman of Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group Co.

"This collaboration is certain to unleash the operational strengths of both groups, transforming CC PARK Wangfujing Modern Capital Complex into a new benchmark for the business sector in Guiyang City and Guian New Area. It will infuse new vitality into regional economic development," he added.
