By the end of 2022, the population of permanent residents aged 60 and above in Guiyang City and Guian New Area had reached 827,000. This indicates that Guiyang is gradually becoming an aging society. With the growth of the elderly population, the demand for elderly care services is continuously increasing.

To meet this demand, State-owned Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Health Care Industry Investment and Development Co has been actively promoting the transformation of idle State-owned assets into elderly care projects since 2021.

After more than two years of efforts, the company has established a comprehensive health care service system that includes elderly care, medical treatment and training of staff members. Seven elderly care institutions affiliated to the company have provided multi-level, diversified, and comprehensive services related to elderly care to meet the growing needs of the elderly in Guiyang City and Guian New Area.

The company has become a leading enterprise in the elderly care service sector in the two regions, and its brand has been widely recognized.

Additionally, to improve operational efficiency, the company established operation and management centers at various branch institutions and trained their own teams of operation and management. The company has been committed to establishing an internally regulated and professionally skilled operational system for elderly care.

Ultimately, they aimed to create a large group engaging in the health care industry and achieve the goal of going public.

As a State-owned enterprise, the company hopes to become a platform for the two regions' governments to provide elderly care and improve people's livelihoods. It also plans to expand its brand in Southwest China and become a benchmark for elderly care.
