Tang Xinghua, deputy director of the Guiyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), led a team to research the corporate management structures and systems of several State-owned enterprises from Aug 22 to 24.
Guiyang Agricultural Investment Group, Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group Co, Guiyang Industrial Development Holdings Group, and Guiyang Transportation Group were among the list of enterprises that were looked into.
The team engaged in full exchanges with the four groups about their investment and financing management, budget management, bidding management, and other key areas of work.
Tang informed the groups they should continuously be striving to optimize their corporate governance structure, and improve the management level of State-owned enterprises.
Guiyang SASAC has been making efforts to better understand the challenges these groups face in terms of enterprise management, give them more precise and useful policies, and work with them to reform State-owned assets and enterprises.
The people in charge of the four groups said they would promote the adoption of better corporate management structures and systems, and hoped that Guiyang SASAC would continue to offer them more guidance.
