In order to improve their performance ability, a training meeting for the external directors of Guiyang-managed State-owned enterprises was held in Guanshanhu district from July 19 to 21.
More than 130 people – including board directors of State-owned enterprises and heads of relevant functional departments – attended the meeting.
During the training, four experts and scholars taught courses and shared experiences on such themes as "Practical Guidance on the Performance of External Directors", "Economic Analysis and Risk Prevention and Control of Project Investment" and "State-owned Enterprise Financing".
The tutors hailed from the Guizhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), Sim Research Institute, and Shenwan Hongyuan Research Institute. They all have rich experience in State-owned assets supervision, and the reform, investment and financing of State-owned enterprises.
The training session was another example of Guiyang SASAC effectively implementing the important decision-making and working arrangements of the municipal government in the high-quality development of State-owned enterprises.
