Two SOEs in Guiyang to share resources to support province

Guiyang Industrial Investment Co and Guizhou Highway Engineering Group Co signed a strategic cooperation agreement on June 13 to jointly support the "Strong Provincial Capital" initiative.

The two companies will integrate their resources for project construction, industry chains, financing, and equity investment, exploring cooperation opportunities to boost their complementary strengths.

They agreed to strengthen cooperation in the fields of project construction, such as smart construction sites, 5G infrastructure, intercity transportation, smart parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.

They will form an integrated development pattern, seizing the opportunities arising from the new infrastructure plan and the industry policies in Guizhou province.

They will also cooperate in the entire upstream-downstream industry chain in various fields, such as smart property, asset operation, industrial trade IoT, landscaping, intelligent electrical control equipment, health tourism, and vocational skills education training.

Finally, they will seek strategic cooperation opportunities in equity investment based on the strategic layout of the key investment directions of the city.
