Elites gather in Guiyang to promote development of State-owned data

The city of Guiyang held a significant event on May 27, which was the 2023 Value-added Operation Forum for State-owned Data Assets. The forum focused on a range of topics, including government affairs, finance, insurance, logistics, and privacy computing.

Well-known experts and scholars in the field of big data, along with heads of relevant government departments, and representatives of major companies, took part in the event to discuss and exchange ideas on the subject of State-owned data.

In the keynote speech of the forum, Li Xiaozhi, general manager of the government and enterprise business division of China Justice Big Data Research Institute Co, said that China's justice major data construction has realized leapfrog development and become a name card of China's justice.

Du Xinkai, general manager of the big data and artificial intelligence division at Sunshine Insurance Group, explained the innovation and change that AI technology has brought to the insurance industry at the forum.

At the forum, Guizhou Academy of Social Sciences and Guian New Area Industrial Development Holding Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with ChinaDataPay, a leading enterprise devoted to data element marketization, respectively, to create an innovative application model of national data element application.
