Guiyang explores intelligent manufacturing for processing soybean products

Dozens of technicians adjusted production equipment at the soybean products processing and production workshop of Guiyang Doupinle Food Co, a subsidiary of Guiyang Agricultural Investment Group, on April 25.

"Today our company received a food production license, which means we can produce soy products," said Lin Mao, a technology consultant for soybean product processing at the company.

Founded in October 2022, the company is currently the only State-owned holding enterprise engaged in the R&D, production and sales of fresh bean products in Guiyang and Guian New Area.

It has built six automatic production lines with an annual processing capacity of 6,000 metric tons, which can produce 11 series of fresh bean products. It will continue to develop soybean products with Guizhou characteristics.

In addition to meeting the demand for soybean products in the Guiyang market, the company is exploring advanced manufacturing modes such as the intelligent and green manufacturing of soybean products' deep processing, which will lay the foundation for the subsequent expansion of production scale and radiation for the whole province's market.
