Guiyang State-owned group promotes urban construction

On Jan 28, at the underground foundation construction site of the Guizhou Assembly Building Green Industrial Park Construction Project (Phase I) in Guiyang, more than 10 machines, including excavators, hammers and road rollers, were being put to good use, while over 40 workers installed underground pipelines.

The project is being constructed by State-owned Guiyang Urban Construction and Investment Group, while work on the group's other projects is also being resumed.

The Guiyang Municipal Domestic Waste Sorting Center is a major livelihood project in Guiyang and Guian New Area being built by the group. The eight sorting centers are currently being installed and facilities and equipment are being commissioned.

In addition, 12 major provincial and municipal projects implemented by the group – such as the Guiyang School for Blind, Deaf or Mute People Project, the General Planning and Phase I Construction Project of the Expansion of the Huaxi Campus of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, and the Construction Project of the Orthopedic Complex Building of the Fourth People's Hospital of Guiyang – have been resumed.
