State-owned enterprise in Guiyang promotes development of elderly care

State-owned Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Health Care Industry Investment and Development Co and Shenzhen Yinxing Modern Pension Service Co held a signing and cooperation ceremony in Guiyang on Aug 18.

The two parties intend to establish a company to operate Guiyang's elderly care projects and jointly promote the development of elderly care in the city.

The State-owned Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Investment Group began focusing on the construction of the Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Idle Assets Transformation Pension Project in 2020, for which Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Health Care Industry Investment and Development Co was established.

In recent years, the company has built an industrial and commercial elderly care platform by vitalizing various State-owned idle assets such as old communities and residential buildings in the enterprise system. The company has built and operated projects such as a battery factory nursing home, Kuangshan community, the Guiyang industrial and commercial elderly products business hall, and the Zhongcaosi community elderly care service center.

Shenzhen Yinxing Modern Pension Service Co is a senior pension service company dedicated to creating a "modern quality pension lifestyle" consumer brand.

This cooperation will enhance the competitiveness and influence of both parties in the elderly care industry, build a new healthy elderly care model, and create first-class Guiyang industrial and commercial elderly care products.
