Building project to be completed soon

Guian Construction Group – a State-owned enterprise in Guiyang – was recently informed that the enterprise service supporting building in the Suzhou-Guian Industrial Park being built by the group was progressing as planned, and many projects are nearly complete.

The building is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Tianhetan Avenue and Baima Avenue in Guian New District, with a total land area of 59,883 square meters and a total construction area of 121,304.87 square meters. After the building is completed, relevant administrative units will move into the building.

Xu Min, executive deputy manager of the project, said that fire protection engineering, steel structure engineering, hydropower and HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) engineering, and intelligent engineering for the building are all 90-percent complete.

There are about 200 people working on the construction project every day. Curtain wall construction is currently underway, 80 percent of which has been completed. It is expected to be completed by the end of May, when about 30 percent of interior decoration will be completed as well.
