Guiyang bureau participates in State Council online lecture

To promote the communication and exchange of corporate legal work, on March 31, the Policy and Regulation Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held the 37th legal lecture in the form of a video conference.

The legal counsels of China Mobile Co and State Grid Co were invited to conduct special exchanges and share their insights on strengthening compliance management and preventing compliance risks.

At the conference, the legal advisors gave special presentations on strengthening corporate compliance management, building a compliance management system, and promoting corporate rule of law. They talked about their respective company's compliance management work, experiences, ideas and measures.

Relevant persons in charge of the Guiyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, regulatory authorities in various districts, and regulated enterprises watched the lecture.
