Guiyang firm becomes national 3A-level logistics enterprise

Guiyang Xianfeng Logistics Co was awarded the title of National 3A-level Logistics Enterprise on March 21 – one of 447 enterprises in China to have been so approved in the 33rd group of A-level logistics enterprises.

The company is a unit of Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Investment Group – a State-owned enterprise, located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province. It is mainly engaged in transport logistics and in the warehousing business, among other things.

The national A-level logistics enterprise evaluation is said to be the most authoritative qualification certification in the field of logistics in the country. It has extensive credibility, influence and brand effect – playing an important role in promoting the development of the country's logistics industry.

Under the evaluation index system, experts from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing strictly review a business' operational status, asset status, equipment and facilities, management and service, personnel quality and its level of informatization.

The Guiyang company's freight logistics covers military products, industrial machinery, steel structural materials, auto parts, plastic products, pharmaceuticals, wine, food and mining products.

The award is said to underscore that the company has achieved real progress in its journey towards modernization, intelligent operations and standardization.
