Guiyang SASAC visits Wulian Group to check on progress

Officials from the Guiyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission – located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – on Feb 7 reportedly went on a fact-finding visit to the Guiyang SASAC's affiliated business, transport and logistics company Guizhou Wulian Group.

A meeting was held to report and discuss the group's current progress and its next moves. In addition, the Guiyang SASAC undertook to actively give guidance on what is happening with the affiliate.

Moving forwards, Wulian Group will reportedly seek out a suitable and healthy developmental path.

More top-flight personnel reportedly needs to be recruited and trained for the group's high-quality development.

In addition, the work of Party building reportedly needs to be integrated into the group's daily operations to ensure its full standardization and normalization. It is understood the group also urgently needs a streamlined management system and deep internal reforms.

During the visit, officials from the Guiyang SASAC expressed their New Year's wishes to the Wulian Group employees.
