Guiyang shares State-owned assets management experience with Bijie

Representatives from Bijie's State-owned assets supervision and administration commission visited Guiyang on Oct 20 to learn about – and exchange opinions on – State-owned assets management.

During the meeting with Bijie's representatives, Han Rong, deputy director of Guiyang's State-owned assets supervision and administration commission, presented the commission's organizational structure, the basic information of supervised enterprises and the ongoing work that is being conducted this year.

Meanwhile, representatives from Guiyang's commission departments discussed the development of the State-owned assets supervision system, human resource management of enterprises, performance appraisal, financial supervision, delegation and empowerment techniques, investment and financing and mixed-ownership reform.

Both Guiyang and Bijie's commissions reached agreement on State-owned enterprise reform and broadened their thinking on reform measures and techniques.
