SASAC of Guiyang issues rent reduction measures

To further prevent and control the novel coronavirus epidemic, the State-owned assets supervision and administration commission of Guiyang (SASAC of Guiyang) has issued a series of measures to guide State-owned enterprises to reduce rents.

State-owned enterprises are entitled to adopt flexible measures to reduce or remit the rents of their commercial tenants, including local micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises and individual businesses.

A total of 143.83 million yuan ($21.06 million) of rent was reduced or exempted between February and June this year. Those efforts have got tenants through the economic difficulties and achieved a win-win result.

The affected enterprises also contributed a lot in undertaking their social obligations and driving the smooth development of the economy.
